In the wake of yet another mass shooting we have to ask what makes these people go off. Granted, automatic weapons make it easy to inflict more damage, but where is all this anger coming from ? Life must be way out of balance. The first answers that pop into my mind are 1) no solid family love to depend on 2) really bad food leading to bad brain chemistry 3) crazy new drugs both therapeutic and recreational 4) a feeling that there are no values. That even the most respected people lie and cheat and anything is fair to get ahead 5) traumatic or abusive childhood
6)feeling alone in a godless universe where nothing matters. I may have missed the real reason completely. Perhaps it’s demonic possession. and how do we fix it ? It may be too late. Maybe the telephone cord of human misery is too tangled to ever get free.
