Many times I have been in a room where Pink Floyd was playing and wondered how they did it.
I mean it’s four guys with instruments but the sound is moving mountains. It’s more than amazing production or great songs there is a magic to it. I think any great band has this .
Definitely the Beatles did. That certain extra touch that glued them together and allowed the music to fly in an entirely new way.I guess you take all that and then add acid and you’ve got some inspired art. “Pieces of a Dream ” is my attempt to put that feeling into music. Obviously there is no way of explaining it . But its something about a slow motion feel where everything is fluid but still perfectly together. I did say attempt.
